2003sheeman Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 (edited) hello all i just got an amazing deal on some fmf gnarley pipes and silencers ohhh and 270 main jets..... i install all this and turned 1 1/2 out on the air/fuel screw mains are in and not to tight!! now i think the pilots are 25 stock correct me if iam wrong now when they say go up a next size is that to a 27,5 or a 30?? now fmf told me GO TO NEXT SIZE and the banshee mechanic of 15 years says 30 now there are several differnt ways to say tamoto so will it run correctly with 27.5's? or should i go 30?? is there anyway i can get it to idle a lil till i get the pilots (WHATEVER SIZE) ill take roll call and see what gets better outta them both!! please help thanks jeff Edited August 18, 2009 by 2003sheeman Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It will still run with 25's, but may adle a bit rough. my shit wont idle!!!! i want it to idle it wont i burn an ass load of gas just keepin it running!! :shoothead: my buddy has got the fastest bike around here or i should say had!!! hes got the 800 renegade can-am big pile of shit in my eyes well i strap up them gnarley and 270 mains and im comin around his ass he had 20' i spun to 3rd gear (cuz i got into some mud) but when i caught him oh my gosh it flys!! i got bored with it after the the jugs were taken out .20 so holla at me if you know a way i can get this untaimed bitch to idle!! NOW I DO HAVE GNARLEYS ON MINE BOOST BOTTLE .20 OVER PISTONS 270 MAINS HOW MUCH DO I GO ON THE AIR SCREW?? I WAS TOLD TO COME OUT 1 1/2 TURNS!! DO I TRY RAISEING THE IDLE UP ON THE CARBS???
