hey guys i was wondering if a base gasket went out would u feel like air or compression coming from the bottom of the jug??? And if i am right that would make it act like there is no compression on that side if it is leaking bad???

 

would that make it suptor and backfire kinda

yes would cause a lean condition but i've never seen a base gasket blow out.check the nuts that bolt the cylinder to the cases and make sure there tight

im pretty sure it is is coming from the bottom of the jug like were the nunmbers are 347 cm thats were its coming from

Yes, its your basegasket.......

 

I had a RM250 that blowed the fuel out the base gasket when it was running..... The owner brought it to me and say it has lots of issues, I started it and ask him "and this"........... The barrel was tight, just one of those things...

ya i mean it starts but when i give it gas u can see it sputtering and blowing alittle smoke and oil and gas u know from the bottom of the jug so ya i figured that is what it was
