old roost Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 well guys, i am finnaly able to start the total rebuild on the banshee this past week end. I have to say if you have a wife or girl friend who encourages you to work on it....... dont ever let her go LOL LOL. My wife has been on me to get this thing fixed, so the journey begins. I am sure i will have more questions on set up etc, so thanks to all of you and your wealth of knowlage in advance on this forum!!!!!! i just tried to attatch a picture but it will not let me........ It is basically going to be kept stock except for some suspension upgrades.( this is going to be the wifes primary ride) The motor will only be 10 over, cool head k&n filters, that is about it for now. we will see how she handles the basically stock power and go from there. But the way she drives a car i dont think that will last long LOL. Quote

I think the longest wait will be the machine shop!!!!!! did you clean up the old t5's? u said u were lookin to get stock pipes awhile back i think. clean up the t5's instead of stockers and it will b fast enough u wont have to do anyhthing to it for awhile,,,it will be pleny fast anough for her,,,,lol Quote

Believe me it will most likely not be fast enough LOL. She complained about a kawasaki 125 being not fast enough!!!!!!! But she has never ridden this type of 4 wheeler, ( only hunting/utility 4x4 types) so we will see. Edited July 29, 2009 by old roost Quote
