dco3100 Posted June 30, 2009 Author Report Posted June 30, 2009 Listen to the guy at RDZ he is gonna be the best person to talk to about this. Rudy Kurtz is a drag motor god. Give him the cases and see where you sit. yea, we talked again. He's gonna take a look at them and he's sayn that he'll be able to remove the epoxy that trinity did and do some welding, the original way he would have done it. Im not too familiar with epoxy, but wouldnt it mess something up trying to remove the it from the cases? Quote
00tbanshee Posted June 30, 2009 Report Posted June 30, 2009 people use epoxy pretty much cause they don't have the machines to true the cases back up from the warping from welding on them.epoxy isn't really a bad way just guess you can say "easier". Quote

Its just that i dont understand why people are always promoting "no epoxy" use on there products they're trying to sell, all without a proven reason as to why they don't or won't use it. Has anyone here ever had any problems with it?? :geek: Edited July 1, 2009 by dco3100 Quote
Snopczynski Posted July 1, 2009 Report Posted July 1, 2009 Tell RDZ you want it to be a reliable fix, and they will tell you what needs to be done. Quote
