Make sure your careful about what hoses you use. Radiator hoses are thick for a reason. There is a lot of heat that runs through a cooling system. I would hate to think of what would happen if you used a set of non cooling system hoses.

Are you guys talkin about the clear vinyl tubing that the hardware store sells . I thought about that but didnt know if it would stand up to the heat

How hot does a cooling system run? i was thinking about 220-240? it doesnt run hotter then a car does it? What do you guy think about those inline coolent cooler things.

Since the banshee doesnt have a thermostat it is all over the place in running temps.

I have a Prodesign radiator and when it is cold out mine runs from 140 deg to 170 deg with the temp measured right at the outlet in the front of the head.

When it is hot out it runs from 190-210 deg.

get the hose with the pvc braiding in it. on the tight fitting spots hot it under some HOT water for about 2-3min, it will go on easy as pie

And that is the same reason why I wouldnt run them. When the bashee gets hot they become super soft and will slip off or blow.
