to get a title you have to get in contact with the original owner of the bike have him file for a lost title. that is the only way you can do it here in ohio. it might be different in other states. so if the orignal owner has died or moved then you are stuck with the bill of sale. unless you can prove the original owner has died. then they might let you file for a lost title.

got my 89 s10 for sale or trade its black with a 5 speed tranny. body in rought shape but it drives good. has new fuel filter,air filter ,oil changed about 100 miles ago. new rear tires. new rear brakes and hubs. has holes in floor. it has about 149xxx miles on it. lookin to get 600 OBO. or trade ofr a car or project banshee or project dirtbike. 125 or bigger 2 stroke. also has a brand new clutch not installed. will get pics up later. i am located in deshler ohio. have clean clear title.

notice the cond of that phone tho it said poor mine is a great cond. plus you dont know if its a scam with CL. i dont buy any electronics from CL just for that reason.
