'04limited
looken for some peeps that go to cinders in flag!!! do you guys run paddles when you go or just knobbbies?
desertdeweller
I take paddles but not good ones. The cinders are pretty hard on them not to mention the roots can be hard on the wheels too. There are quite a few exposed tree roots that can damage a rim. If you want to climb the big hills like 100.00 hill you will need paddles. definately take old junky ones that you don`t care about. You can look up some cinder videos on youtube. look up cinders flagstaff and you should be able to find several videos of 100.00 hill the crater and others. nemesisnight
I just went about a month ago and it was great, some fun riding and its way pretty. It was a little cold at night then but no one was there hardly so that was kinda cool, im sure ill head out again when it gets unbearable here in the summer to go out anywhere, i head out to the desert occassionaly if your ever interested in day trips too. shee4speed
We usually go for Memorial, not this year. Prob.after the 4th of July sometime. Its just dusty as all hell.If it rains or hails it kicksass.I've been running sandstars there trying to kill them and they are holding up real well.
