Im ready to seal that case guys. can someone tell me the best product to seal it with, and possibly a website I can order from

No need to order off line or anything.Just use your basic high temp gasket sealant from the auto parts store.I use the orange stuff that dries like rubber.Stay away from that shit that doesn't dry. That stuff is junk for cases IMO.

i use the orange stuff for all kinds of shit...sealing the rubber grommet thing on the stator wires at the case, reeds, the rubber gasket for the stator cover, tacking the rubber o-rings on coolheads when the fuckers won't stay in place..

I Find yamabond to be a hell of a mess.. Perhaps 3bond is better since its mentioned on here by a few people.. I use honda bond which has worked well for me. Comes in a more user friendly tube than the yamaha shit and it a bit less "stringy".

Thanx guys. Ill let you know hows its coming along

Hondabond, yamabond, suzukibond...all the same sh*t that sets up after just a couple minutes. Use Threebond 1211. It doesn't set up nearly as fast, easier to work with, seals well, but doesn't make your cases impossible to spread later on.

WRIGLEYS.. just chew you up a shitload of it, spread it out on the cases, then slapem together.. give it 6 months to a year to harden up real good.. then you are ready to roll.. haha. J/K .. i use threebond 1211 also.. its good shit.
