GNR101 Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 hey ive added some power.... now my clutch cant handle it ... haha so was going to order a h/d clutch... any stand out from the rest... what other mods should i do while in there.. shift star .... pancake bearing... anything else?? thanks Quote
locogato11283 Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 the FAST clutch setup works great on a wide variety of motors.. i have to ask though, have you checked your other clutch components? they could be worn, which will cause problems too. how old is your motor? if you replace a clutch and not worn clutch parts, you will sooner than later be ruining the clutch. RIPPEN Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 Another one for F.A.S.T. those clutches work awesome and hold up to allot of abuse! RIPPEN Quote
Screaming Yellow Zonker Posted March 7, 2009 Report Posted March 7, 2009 When I did my clutch I noticed the basket was shot. so I bought a new basket and inner hub. I should have replaced the pressure plate but I ran short on cash. Quote
