Then take another wrench, put it on the other nut, and hit the end of it with a heavy hammer. Never had one come loose yet. Quote

I tried duct tape around both, that didnt work, then I got mad and used red threadlocker, so it never came off, and almost impossible with 20" pipe wrenches and a torch, but blue worked well. you can tighten it all the way and drill through the outside nut into the axle about 3/8", then make the hole 1 size larger in the axle, thread the hole in the nut and have a set screw for it.
