Are you taking material off to the outside of your lines or to the inside? And how did you come up with the lines? They should match the contour of your jugs.

I take material off inside the black line I stop at the line... I matched the gasket to my jugs and then wrote the line with my gasket on the base and I did a black line outside

Yep, if it matches your jugs you should be fine. I have also seen where guys rough up the cavity the crank spins in to help with fuel atomization just like you don't want anything smooth in the intake, transfers, or where you do you case matching.

used a dremel and lot of time :happy: I'm gonna do the other side as soon as I can so I can put the engine together before the end of the winter :biggrin:

you used the budweiser ! looks great !

Yea a lot of people use coors light here (4%) but i prefert the taste of some good 5% bud or black or labatt 50 or some other good ones :biggrin:
