LS1Inferno Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 Yes this is true BUT the foreign auto companies are not forced to pay union pay grade, the big three are being FORCED to pay employes twice as much as hyundai or honda etc. including benifits a line worker the guy with a screw gun and ONE job make 80 an hr how can they afford to up the quality when they had nothing to spend in the first place. ALSO ist also our fault as americans that for several years EVERYONE wanted big SUV's so why would they take the time and money to develop higher quality, more fuel effecient cars like the foreign auto companys have always done. BTW Buick is the #1 selling auto in China because its the american lifestyle. Quote

Another plant Dupont is cutting there employees in half. Shit is about to hit the fan around town and it's not looking pretty. Quote
