If you have a stock "pusher" Loosen the 12mm nut that has the phillips head screw in the middle. Tighten/loosen the phillips head screw until the clutch arm nipple (on top of the case that moves with the clutch cable) lines up with the arrow on the case. From there, any final tweaks can be made at your clutch perch. Hope that helped!

IT has the 12mm nut with a allen head screw inside of it. and it is in the center of the clutch on a rod deal. but the whole like center deal is moving freely but the rod thing has 2 flat sides to put a wrench on but my question is do you have to take lockout device loose or leave it tight?

i dont see an arrow on the case :shoothead: there is one on the part that moves itself. dont see one anywhere on the case tho. thanks for all the help tho ... i am a sponge!!! ha ha soaking it up! :woot: jk thats the red bulls talking

ok the thing in the middle is loose til i get some tenson on the clutch then it tightens up. i didnt think it'd be a good idea to pull clutch tight to try to break the nut loose. how do yal get it loose? when the whole thing is moving

Don't pay attention to those arrows. If I remember correctly, you tighten it until it touches, then back off a 1/4 turn. Those arrows are for stock, non-worn out applications only. You can search it on here to make sure, or wait til someone agrees with me or corrects me. Sorry, I just woke up, and I'm still really groggy.

hillarious. where ya been man. thanks! so when you pull lockout device off and adjust it it doesnt effect the adjustment? since there arent any springs holding it back? just adjust it without springs and go with it?

OK.. why would there be 2 diff kind of springs in there? looks like 3 heavy duty springs and 3 regulars  its causing one side of the clutch to disengage before the other side? wtf! ?

If i were you i would definitly look into getting a aftermarket pancake pusher that replaces the stock pusher. You don't want that rod welding to the ball then your looking at breaking the whole motor down just to get it out.

HOW YOU TELL IF ITS STOCK?
