jrod Posted September 23, 2008 Report Posted September 23, 2008 Ok so i completly rebuilt my other bike. Finally got it started started right up. But bogs when you go to rev it, just like before. On side smokes more than the other. I was like WTF! So i pulled the pipes and one is full of fuel, is this a bad reed?? Never had this before. Please comment. Quote
Bansh-eman Posted September 23, 2008 Report Posted September 23, 2008 make sure both carbs are jetted the same, make sure the air screws are the same and make sure the carbs are synced Quote
jbooker82 Posted September 23, 2008 Report Posted September 23, 2008 When ever I have had a reed break the side completly quits running and it sucks air in through the exhaust pipe. Quote
Snopczynski Posted September 24, 2008 Report Posted September 24, 2008 Is the choke balance tube on? Quote
STINKYDELUXE Posted September 24, 2008 Report Posted September 24, 2008 i had a float stick and it filled my pipe with fuel about 1/2 a gallon, but it wouldnt run until i fixed it Quote
jjn56 Posted September 24, 2008 Report Posted September 24, 2008 Mine did this also, I think its your float or needle valve. If it got in your pipes then its in your crank also. I took my pipes off and stood it on its front end and pulled on the kick starter to get it all out. Does it leak fuel from your bowl also? Quote
