Battery Question

I recently bought a new battery for my quad and i filled it up with acid and followed all the procedures listed step by step and it wont hold a charge??????I filled it up, then got all the air out of it and let it sit to absorb then i charged it and let it sit for the said time...wat did i do wrong

ive heard you have to tickle charge those things the first time. dunno if thats true or not. btw whered you get a shee with a battery

If you had a Banshee you wouldnt have to worry about it...BUUT I did buy a battery for my warrior that was junk. I bought it from walmart. Followed all instructions....and nothing....Bought another one...presto........just a thought

yeah ive bought bad brand new batteries before and yeah DO NOT charge them on high amprage the first time you will cook the cells, just dont tell walmart that, jsut tell em it dont work
