acfine Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 Hello all, I have just finished putting a full FMF Fatty exhaust system, K&N filter and the K&N Power Lid on my buddy's '03 Banshee... It has 220 Main jets and the pilot jet is stock, and the air/fuel mixture screw is 1 1/2 turns out. It runs pretty good, but is bogging in the lower end...and high end doesn't seem as strong. Mid-range is ok, but seems like it should be pulling harder all the way around. With this current setup, what size main jets and pilot jet do you guys run? Any help is much appreciated, Anthony Quote

jamebo Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 I am close to sea level with a similar set-up. I use 300 mains and 32.5 pilots.... a tad rich but runs well. Has good power all around. Quote
