i run a 2-4 duneable and still have 5th and 6th.

use something more solid than a rag but not something that will damage the gears. as for the clutch nut, an impact works best. use something that wont damage the clutch basket to keep it from spinning. are you using an impact? if so this stuff should be easy. if not, good luck.

if its a 2006 im sure its plenty broken in. ride it like you stole it. you can start modding it out any time you want. be prepared to start dropping a lot of money into it though! changing gear oil depends on how often you ride. i really cant see any reason to change it more than once a month or so. i never have. for gear oil i run cheap advance auto parts 10w40 motor oil. never had an issue but then again i run a lockup in my bike. i dont think you can go wrong with belreay gear savers though. as for premix, i would recommend klotz at 40:1. its a good mix thats not too rich but also will keep the cylinders lubed well. i run it in my 10mm cub with no issues and have run it in many other engine setups. what kind of mods are you wanting to do? what kind of riding do you do?

thats a dean sundahl setup.. sweet stuff right there and very expensive. he doesnt make too many of them anymore i dont think. that is a TRUE banshee long travel setup.
