This whole thing will go back and forth between sellers and buyers. Buyers will blame the seller and claim the description wasn't accurate. Sellers will blame the buyer and cite unrealistic used part conditions. There is NO way to police this shit. If you think there is you're delusional.

Sellers are lazy and buyers have unrealistic expectations of used parts. There are issues on both sides. But new, problem solved.
