Redline Racing 24DM FOR SALE!! 78mm bore. Lightened Mattoon cases. New stator and flywheel. Stock trans with billet 2nd gear. 8 plate clutch. Lightened Mattoon clutch cover. Chariot stator cover. 48mm Lectrons. KRP pipes. Pistons and domes are fresh. Transmission looks good. Crank looks good. Fork window has been JD Weld epoxied up. Motor was dropped in shipping once and it slightly bent the area around the fork window. No issue other than I couldn't get it to stop dripping oil all the time. I got tired of fucking with it and sealed it up. I'm sure you could grind it off and use it but I never did. Cost to build all this junk new is nearing $20,000.
Roughly 180HP/100TQ with this setup.
$13,000 picked up for motor, pipes and carbs.
For $20,000, I will put it in the stock chassis bike with the Snipers. Pics of everything below.

yeah DMC's would be sweet, but at nearly $1000 it would be nearly what i paid for the whole bike, i think the picture thing issue is more the sites concern as it doesnt allow for any larger files , i guess the people around here like em small🙂
You can use the Tapatalk app. That's how I post pictures.

You're terrible at taking photos.
Those appear to be Toomey T4's now that I googled.
I have no knowledge on them.
I would sell and buy DMC 916's since it looks like you trail ride.
Haha, I was thinking the same thing. My 4 year old takes better pictures.

I have run RD jets with no issues. From what I can tell, they’re the same.

Sounds like an air leak or you don't have a carb together correctly.

Thanks again for the advice guys and I appreciate it very much. I purchased everything I needed from Jeff @ F.A.S.T Racing. I explained to Jeff what I was doing and he made a recommendation and then set me up with everything I needed for the repair. Thanks to Jeff @ F.A.S.T Racing for the excellent customer service and I would highly recommend F.A.S.T Racing to anyone!! 👍👍
That's awesome. I took a screen shot and sent that to Jeff.

That bottom plate isn't down all the way. Is this issue sorted?

Got a set of these on my bench right now. Lane & Bill are making moves! Their cases are friggin’ nice. They are a way cleaner casting then OEM. Hard to believe, but they are.
Where's the good pics?
