    So total around $10k. Am I missing anything big? Advice welcome. Once again, doing this because I bent rims/front suspension. Having a hard time removing upper a-arm bolt (need hammer) but right side slid right out. Still considering Lonestar Swingarm but apparently stock length is pretty good.

    I wouldn't waste money on the Flex bars. That's a ridiculous expense. I have this Alba +2 stem.     A-arms typically come with the correct tie rods.

    What "clutch setup?" I'd buy a new cable. Again, a fraction of the cost of Magura.

    Go with Driveline sprockets and chain.

  2. Just don’t feel like dealing with the jetting. Heard lectrons was ready out the box. I’m not really good at jetting. Plus don’t want to pay someone too do it. Also heard 421cub gets tricky with jetting t5 pipes

    That’s bullshit. They are not “good out of the box.” First trip on mine out of the box and the fucking float fell out of one carb and then I pulled one of the fuel inlets out. Total junk.

    PWK is a superior carb.
  3. Brand new spark plugs and gapped, compression test was done same time as leak down test. I checked magneto orientation with TDC piston.  If the timing is set to 17° before TDC . The tabs on outside of magneto were already way past pick up coil. If the crank twists, the timing advances or retards. Ive just been trying to understand how that happens 

    That’s not super likely. Are you sure the stator and flywheel are good?

    Do you have a known working CDI you can try?

    I’m betting faulty flywheel and/or stator.
