  1. No shit...go with your OWN content, I can view net pics by searching google. Nice layout though...
  2. Check & make sure your choke tube connecting the carbs is still there & not cracked. And then, yes, clean the shit out of your carbs & see what that does for ya. May spray some carb cleaner around the intakes to make sure it's not suck'n air too.
  3. Mine's always for sale, for the right price.
  4. LOL! I still say...put anthrax in your butt & fart in her mouth...'make her cheeks poof out!!!
  5. Yeah...dunno though, if they make an offer that's really worth it, I may still; but we'll see, don't really see that happening though.
  6. You'll probably just have to dick with it to get it to fit right. Stock air-box setups are a PITA if you ask me...I've never messed with that particular setup to really be of much assistance.
  7. You suck!
  8. No experience there...good luck though, sounds like fun.
  9. I was in the same boat, damn near let mine go for an 04 XR400. I would love to have that bike, for fun & tranportation as a dual sport, but when it comes down to it, I love having my banshee & I'll never get out of it what I got in it; so I'm going to hold off & keep my eyes open for another sometime when I can afford it or a cheap on I can rebuild. Those 250f's are badass bikes though, pricey when new too...do what ya wanna do; as long as you're still riding something & are happy with it, more power to ya.
  10. Yes.
  11. Couldn't tell ya for sure...could be a ring that snapped, could be junks of grunt off your piston, no telling from here. Check your compression 1st & see what numbers you come up with, then post. If you're compression is shit, pull off the head off & see what's up. let us know what ya find.
  12. Your Clymers will tell you how to test the coil...dunno there's a way to test the CDI, but I'd buy a new coil before I bought a new CDI myself. Traced all the wiring yet?
  13. You referring to the ball & rod? Pull your pressure-plate off & undo your clutch cable, pull out the push-lever assembly & tip the quad just a bit & the ball should roll right out. Hope that's what you're referring to & this helps ya...
  14. Same here...DID, but I'm running an O-ring right now. I've never used another that hasn't stretched to shit within about 4hrs. Haven't tried sidewinders though.... Oh yeah...a round-house swingarm was the cure-all for my chain & tightening issues.
  15. lmao...I couldn't agree with you more. But they are nice to have around and will save you alot of headache in other places too.
  16. Might fine job, I wouldn't screw with it anymore myself...but you're the artist.
  17. Until further notice, yes.
  18. Sperm Bank & Plasma place already got me on call. 'nuff said. LMFAO I wouldn't even consider paying anything out of my pocket. I doubt I do shit, I told them they'd have to be generous with accessories for the bike, i.e. Baja Designs dual sport kit & new tires, along with the old ones, new skids, helmet...so I dunno, I don't want the southern end of the deal...at least a fair trade & I know I got more into my banshee than they're wanting for that XR. I doubt I do shit, the more I think about going to the dunes riding my EX the whole time, the more I want to keep the shee...I'm probably going to snoop around for a decent used one that I can rebuild the way I want it. I gotta keep the EX around for the girl though...unless I could talk her into letting me trade it off, if so; it's probably gone. I appologize for acting a fool.
  19. LS Racing has a good tutorial.... CLICK HERE TO SEE IT
  20. That's what I thought...but I wanted to not have to replace it again anytime soon, so I bent over & let the stealer have at me. Look just like my hinson, but no fancy colors here...I do run a dirtdigger clutch though.
  21. Never heard of them myself...look pretty pimp though. I bet they do hook good.
  22. LMAO, Sorry DD...didn't mean to sound like captain obvious, but hey...Haha...j/k
  23. Right, most likely...I believe, I can't remember if mine had play or not, but I don't believe so. When you get a new basket you'll have to grind off the rivets the stock basket & the new basket has screws that you loctite & put on there to hold it to the gear. Hope this makes sense/helps.
