i had one on a parts bike i bought.made good ,but i didnt like the fact that the biggest dome you can get is 20cc.and to much time putting it on.sold it my prodesign is much better.
i used a set of stock yfz tires front ad back. put sheet metal in front and 184 1.25 carbide tip ice picks in the back. tried them out today and found that i will have to put some picks up front. flat tires work the best. later
it is a j=arm frame and those are the numbers by the shifter.bought it about two months ago just got looking at it. has 91 plastics on it, newer chain tightners
take the actuator arm out you need a dremel and a long bit. what happens is when it welds the rod gets so hot that it melts into the actuator arm and creates burrs on the end of the rod making it so you can't get it out. take the magnit you have stick it on the basket end of the rod you should be able to spin it around take a mag light shine it through the actuator hole and you will be able to see the burrs on the end dremel away. this will save you from splitting the cases.and change the tranny oil after 1st ride. hope this helps
i'll be there wide open, are you going to ride from the house ,i know a bunch of us are riding up there both days should be a great time. don't forget to bring cold ones ,it gets hot there almost know wind ever
