I think the timing and coolhead mods, and then you should be good for awhile, until you can spend some money on carbs and portwork.

Agreed with JB.....just save your money and have it done right....if you wanna take the chance of getting the grinder out and you destroy those cylinders, your going to have to buy new cylinders and still want it ported.
