I can buy a keihin 28 tap bored to 30 that's never been used. Keihin makes that carb....you are correct they don't make 30s..but I can buy a keihin 30mm

I already ordered keihin 28s I wont go past 30s.. I think no matter what mods 30s is enough.

I'm buying 28mm Keihin PWK carbs and replacing my stock 26 carbs with them.. my stock carbs call for 280 main jets 30 pilots with my pipes in the stocks . But I'm going to a 28mm keihin carb and they don't make 280 jets for those they start at main jet #155 end at 178 question Is what would be a 280 main jet in the keihin carburetors.. for example would a #160 keihin jet be a 280 stock carb jet I know there different from what I read. I just want to start somewhere and working my way up because I am putting ported cylinders on my banshee that's bored 1 over with vitos piston. Not sure what port is on this cylinder

I have a banshee its pretty much stock and I'm buying new keihin PWK 28mm or 30mm carbs my banshee is bored the next size over I think the cylinder is ported for trail not sure tho I have dmc pipes and everything else is stock. Guy who sent me the cylinders did not tell me he ain't known what port job was on them before I ordered so I'm not sure what port it on them.. and this form wont let me upload pictures no matter how many times I cut the picture

What size Jets and pilots do I need in the summer weather is 75f to 90f tops so if I'm bored 1 over using vitos piston and have dmc pipes my cylinder has been ported but not sure what kind.. I'm thinking its dunes/trails every thing else is stock my pipes call for #280 main and a #30 pilot .. also what size jets do I need in the winter wether is 30f to 50f same set up

What about plated cylinders.. I know s d 4 or 5 pistons through it or until plating starts coming off

How long can I use my cylinder before needing to bore it. How many pistons do yall run though your cylinders?

I just have a dmc pipe with 28mm koso carburetor but I'm switching back to stock it's hard to sink and tune them.

I orderd ported cylinders they come with vitos pistons. After ordering guy msg says he is out of the cylinders I ordered witch came with wiseco pistons.... I did not think about asking what kind of port was did to the cylinder till after he shipped.. he did msg back and let me know he did not know what port was on cylinders because they was already ported.... just told me to up my 280 jets 3.. is that true do I only go up 3 jet sizes on a port I know Nothing about if so what would be 3 sizes up from 280 lol

Never mind I'm fucking stupid.. that top screws off and that's that is jetted lol

But it is lol and that is forsure the main the pilot is about the same just skinny

My 350 has a koso carb.. the jetting is off bad. My pipe for 30 pilot jets and 280 main jets.. the main jet in my carbs are inch or 2 longer then the 280 main jets I keep seeing on ebay will they still work? I cant find a long main jet at all they all really shot.

I picked up a stock 350 banshee for 2000 bucks and I'm rebuilding it but keeping it stock it has a koso 28 mm carb on it not sure if that's even a decent carb.. the right carb is missing air screw so plugs are black and other side is perfect. I want to put new stock carbs on it or a decent carb that's not crazy expensive but still good carbs .. is 28mm a good size carb for stock.. dont wany to go to big. Also what would correct jetting be for them pipes I'm in wv so elevation is 4,863 above sea level
