I bought a modquad billet cover for the stator and had installed it without a gasket. I don’t know why Im thinking I better remove it and use a gasket of some sort. Should I put the rubber gasket on that was on the oem cover, or just use some RTV? I’m worried about water getting in there when I wash the bike.

I did tell Cam (when I purchased) I was going from Lectrons to the Keihins. I’m waiting to hear back from him.

I tried removing that piece and just threading the top of the carb onto the end of the throttle cable. It worked but there is way too much slack in the throttle now. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
