Chariot 3 piece.... 290 shipped (when it’s out of chrome).... great deal gaskets and bolts still in sealed bags. Chrome cost me $130 Lonestar stem with clamp $240 shipped.( some scuffs where the pep dampener clamps on).... not noticeable.... one ride on it. Pingel $80 shipped with spare gasket. 12? Gallons through it Blue labels are so new, I may look at returning..... stand by Lines are not steel, black lines Rigid SR Pro $250 shipped.... damn near new. Well.... all chances of a full quad are out. Parting everything. Cylinders, clutch cover, and lockup may be accounted for. Big ticket items left are all suspension parts (including lonestar rear axel) carbs, head, chariot thumb throttle, chariot clutch basket, flexx bars, and all shift mods. Made separate posts for immaculate flywheel and stator. Everything goes. If it’s not listed... offer. May consider getting rid of the 10in rigid with cover. Oh and the tire shop I’m running is still open. This is a complete abort mission operation, so offer. Like the title says... Would rather sell as a whole, but I know that is unlikely so will part out if big ticket items are accounted for as sold. No expense spared on this build and everything is dang near new if not brand new. Just need to muster up some cash for a new project. I’d rather sell the motor as a whole, but will part out if need be. 421 Noss Head, 35 PWK’s (about new), direct drive lock up, modded shift star and shift pro, modded shift shaft, play ported cylinders by FAST with 3 dyno sessions and about 3hrs of ride time, 91 octane 137lbs of compression. JL +4 arched swingarm pc black with JJ and A carrier $600 3hrs on it total. Rear PEP shock set up for 190lb rider and +4 swingarm (1 ride on it) Front lonestar long travel a arms DC Pro (new) no ride time Front PEP long travel shocks (new) Lonestar +1 steering stem with dampening mount 1 ride Flexx handlebars (1 ride) PEP steering stabilizer Shearer inframes 1 pipe brand new because it was replaced by Matt, other pipe has seen a little ride time JL DC conversion kit JDS headlight mount Mishimoto radiator 1 ride Chariot thumb throttle Chariot stator cover... will be brand new chromed when I get it back 21-12-8 padla brat comp cuts BNIB $400 Blue labels BNIB front and rear These are just some of the big things without writing a book on it. Obviously the pics are not of the bike completely assembled or cleaned as I’m waiting on my stator cover to come back from chrome and took the front plastics off to put on the LT setup. 10k for the complete bike and everything comes with it, or start asking prices on bid ticket items, once the first big ticket item is sold, the bike will be a complete part out. Shocks were $2200 new. I’m asking 2050 shipped. Trying to find a happy medium on someone saving some money and me not getting completely raked over the coals on this barely used bike/parts. Once the part out starts, it’s whatever you see, goes. Made the mistake of riding in a Turbo RZR and now I want one. Yes I’m a sellout. Hopefully we can make some deals. Yea... I’ll give that technique a go. I don’t know how it even happens in the first place. Dyno sessions.... then put it under real world conditions/load and it happens. Oh and on a vacation. It’s my luck. And yes... nut was torqued to spec. I even added a few lbs to the torque wrench to account for the mere fact that it’s a harbor frieght wrench. Needless to say, I’m more than willing to take the extra time to make sure it’s right. -

I knew I’d get a little heat on ratio... such a widely debated topic. Iv seen a ton of different ratios, I feel it’s a preference thing. Didn’t mean pull the thread off topic... Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but won’t a non resistor spark plug have a stronger spark? This may help a bit. B8ES

Pardon my lack of knowledge on this, but will the bluing compound affect flywheel removal in the future? I guess I don’t understand how it works. My buddy gave me some locktite retaining compound that is supposed to fill gaps up to .030. He suggested putting it on the flywheel taper before install... no I won’t be using it... it just sounds like asking for issues getting it off in the future. I’m sure it would work great stators never went bad, but that isn’t the world we live in. -
I wish I had an answer for you. I run Klotz R50 and don’t have an issue. Iv ran SuperTechniplate and it wasn’t terrible. Iv never ran Klotz Benol but would assume it would be a little dirtier. Sounds like you aren’t burning all your fuel. Or your jetting is a little rich. You could also run less oil in your mix. And then jet accordingly. 32:1 is pretty oil heavy. I personally run 40:1 on r50 which is full synthetic and I know a ton of people on here would still say that is a lot of oil. Personally it makes me feel safe so that’s how I run it. You can get away with a higher ratio depending on the quality of your mix. If you don’t like the idea of thinning your ratio, I would check spark intensity and a possible rich jetting condition.

Yea, I know what you mean. Sheared my first one, then a second once I got on it. Crank got a little chewed up right where the threads start. And flywheel taper had some knicks, I just got a new flywheel and needed to clean up the crank the best I could. Everything went pretty smooth. I can’t fire it up til I get my pipes back on (whole different issue). I’m really hoping that lapping it did the trick because I’m terrified that I’ll have to split the cases again and put in a new one. I know that’s worst case scenario but my luck hasn’t been the greatest lately so I’m always on edge about this type of stuff. -
