Get off the color point. The only thing with the color is it made it obvious something was wrong. Why do you think I waited 3 days to contact you. I studied it over and over to make sure I wasn't jumping to conclusions. Then when I look again after you sent me one of your original pictures from the original ad it jumped out. There's 2 bolts broke off in the case plus the shift shaft rod is still in it where someone tried to drill a hole in it. But the cases you sent me the bolts are out and the threads are full of old grease and dirt If they had been extracted there would be shiny aluminum from the extraction process. And how does a case change colors after trying to clean them. When it's clearly they have never been touched with any kind of soap since they were new. Both halves have never been cleaned. Then then explain why the engravings don't match. Just admit it. You screwed up. I think you honesty didn't know you can't mix match cases cause they are line bored and when You couldn't get the bolts extracted you turned to eBay to find a lower half so you waisted time by ignoring my messages until you could come up with a replacement. Man up admit your guilt and do what's rite. I tell you what. Send me the true bottom half and I bet money I can get the broken bolts out and the shaft out too. I will take that chance even if I fuck them up myself. Atleast I will have the exact cases I paid for. Fuck the money. These were just spares I was after anyway. I got 2 other sets now. Just admit you fucked up and send me the real bottom half if you haven't fucked them up already. Send me a pick of what they look like now that you tried to extract them. Difference in coloration is not a valid indicator or reason for requesting a refund. The case is exactly as described, 100% matching except for a difference in coloration which is purely an aesthetic issue that absolutely will not affect the performance in any way. This was discussed with you previously, at which time you chose to keep the cases. The cases were sold as is with no warranty or guarantee which is fairly standard due to the high performance nature of the parts in question. do not mix match cases, they are lined bored for a reason. you run the risk of putting either the crank or the trans in a bind if not both. I have seen it done on stock motors and they got away with it, and I have seen it done and it caused the crank to blow the bearings out of one side. you got a 50/50 shot at it working. if your building up a hot motor I advise heavily not to do it. for me I will not period I don't want to gamble on a 1k crankshaft or a 2k cylinder etc.. just aint worth the gamble... if your on a budget build get ready to loose your budget..

yes spoke over emails for about an hour, after I pointed out the broken bolts in the bottom case he has yet to respond back..

its not hard to find him, but I'm trying to give him time to step up and do what's rite before his name officially goes out. but seems these days some folks just don't give a shit about their name and credibility. I have been very nice to this guy about the whole deal even gave him ample time to get them shipped out. I opened a dispute claim with paypal so we will see what happens from here

but while I'm headed I'm headed to the shop. here is where I found the problem zoom in on the case pic from sellers ad.. zoom in where bearing is for shift drum and where the shift fork shaft sits and look what you see there.. then refer to my pic of what he sent me... that's where I determined mixed cases..

Took 9 days for him to ship out the cases. After 6 days of avoiding me he claimed he went to jail but according to his profile a message I sent in Thursday showed he read it that day. Even tho he suppose to be in jail. He can't even lie good. then took another 3 days after that to get them shipped out . Prolly could have give a little more details in his comments. In the beginning he claimed he had started cleaning the bottom case half when I came along and bought them. He quit and boxed them up. Big flag is the cases I received haven't been touch with a cleaner prolly since they were new. And to see the color difference set it off even more. Then he said just soda blast them and they will match up just fine and that crank and trans rides in bearings that the case just holds them together. That told me he had no clue about line bored casing. Then I really started looking for diffference in casting marks from the molding process. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Like title says. Mix and match. I bought these cases from another member off the forums. First pic is from his ad listing them for sale. Second pic is what I received. The discoloration between the two halves is what got me curious and tipped me off that these cases were mix matched. See if you can spot the problem and the difference in the 2 pics. With the exception of different stain color. There is a dead giveaway as to what wrong with them. After that I will give the story behind the scheme. Bunch of bullshit lies from the beginning. I'm giving him till Tuesday the 31st to refund my money before I report it to PayPal as fraud and let everyone on here know who he is. But I will give him the chance to make it rite.
