I lol'ed a this one!! But i dont think anybody here would run 39mm on oem thumb for 30 straight min in a trail when you ddint ride since almost 10 month. If i would ride everyday like i used to, maybe, but not after 10 month without riding.

I forgot to say i did another dumb thing lol!!! Everything was good until i was WOT. When the mains where suppose to hit, the motor was falling on his face very, very big time, it was weird!! So i unscrew the plug of the bole to check the main and guess what i found??? The main was in the bottom of the plug lol!!!

Mains are at 175 now, i think its a little bit rich, but its hot and humidity is high, so i will live them as is. The engine is a monster, i dont have to down shift as much as my 421, i hitted 10500-11000rpm easily, everything looks good. Thumb is fucking killing me. Did the first ride!!! Front suspension is way better, feels very good. Rear shock was little bit stiff, will play with that next ride. Thumb is too stiff with those 39mm. Motor is running good so far, carbs are at 172, 52, DGH middle clip, timing +4, 165lbs compression, 100LL. will do the first ride soon, but 172 is probably too much, pilot seems ok. I need exhaust springs… The hook on the LED pipes are not a the 'standard' position.

Nope, 'cause the engine was not complete, only cases, top end and pipes where at Redline i will do a dyno session here with o2 sensor etc. Cam said about 115-120hp

Ok guys...You'll laugh at me, but I deserve it!! Yesterday night, I was doing the last heat cycle on my engine. Then it seized, I almost got a heart attack. EGT's were only at something like 450F, water temp was 150F, but it fucking seized!! Was not even able to move the engine with the kicker. So it was late, I just removed the head to look at the pistons, everything looked good from the top and from the exhaust, then a call it a day. Today I removed the clutch cover and look what I find!!!! I forgot to tighten the nut and it unscrew and hitted the cover, you can see the mark lol!!!!
