I will be relocating my CDI. I would love to clean up my bike as much as possible. I want to know the different set ups people are using.

Are you referring to my build? I'm not shooting towards fixed figures. Hp/trq goals are simple, I'll take as much as I can. Redlines dyno chart says 109/58 for a super serval on premium I THINK. What does your build look like? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

CDI mount to the front? I'm not to familiar with this modification. Advantages?

Yes, pro mod. I'll will be covering the whole spectrum of riding applications.

A couple things brotha. I need to see that thread which includes the circled areas of frame refinement. Since that is the one a few members have already put in the spotlight.

The value of given resources from yall on this build will determine a release of female photos.

For now its a frame and a box of parts. So I'm taking this build one step at a time, and I'm starting with the frame. Its going to be a gloss black like the cases in the above pic. Any suggestions on clean up? Any links to look at? Thanks guys. Your not going to want to miss out on this build.

Once that was in, I did a few upgrades to the appearance. I gave it some nice full sized fenders, some TLC and elbow grease. I only have one pic with the full set of fenders, and a few without them. These pics are after the rebuild.

I had it rebuilt with a 4mil, basic port work, and the other basic upgrades.

Here is a little history of my previous build on the same quad. Pretty much bought a frankenstein bike. Had some bolt ons, rode it out for a little bit, and it took a dump.

Currently I am down to the bare frame, and I'm going through everything on this bike to make sure its perfect. My initial questions regard frame clean up. I know I will not be needing stock exhaust tabs and coolant overflow reservoir tabs. Those are the only ones I can think of off the top of my head. If anyone can paste a link in here that already covers that topic, it would be greatly appreciated. Here is a picture of my frame.

I'm doing a bumper to bumper overhaul on my bike this winter. I'll be reaching out to the members here frequently to help me build a monster. So here's the scoop, Redline is currently building me this engine. Everything is absolutely BRAND NEW and will be put together by Cam. I should have this engine on my front porch roughly middle spring 2016. Until then, I want to prepare everything else that I have so when its delivered, I can bolt it in and its complete. The engine list includes: 10 mil serval cub top end ported cylinder (polished exterior) new pistons (not sure what kind) race gas domes port match cases 10 mil billet crank with max and TZ trenched and powder coated cases (gloss black) billet head pro mod trans polished lock out cover lock out assembly race clutch kit adjustable timing plate override trans mod 39 pwk carbs (polished) billet intakes K and N filters and outwears V-Force 4 reeds pancake bearing cascade innovations stator case cover sharear big bore pipes gaskets + seals base gasket + hardware This is just a quick launch list that had been put together. A few alterations might come in towards the end but you see the picture being panted. I plan on cutting NO corners for this bike. I want the best of the best. Here is an EXACT photo of what my engine will look like, see below.

With progress on my winter build, ill be getting a set of nerfs on my bike. Currently I'm just gathering information I need so when the time comes to execute, I'll have everything ready on site and prepared. That being said, show me some pics or write some feedback on good and bad products. I really like the wide bars for more protection, not a fan of the small cheap ones. Thanks guys.
