the series i saw was n st. louis in an ice arena... really wasnt 2 bad inside there... but like i said why spend all the $ on studded tires and run a small indoor that is catered 2 the main group... they automatically were on the front row
what setup does he have? coolhead/domes,compression, intakes, reeds, timing, port timing, squish clearance
not hard 2 get 60hp with the right setup and those carbs
i race st/tt... it runs with my cousins ftz built 5mm stroker with 68mm aluminum sleeve... when we ran the natioanls i was not over powered by any other banshee on the track, which included aftermarket jugs... that all is with the patriot jugs and jinx44 has the passion jugs which r runnin the same... maybe its just n the setup of the motor (port timing/squish/dome design/compression/timing/tuning)
the dyno we r usin now reads very low (its a dynomite, i think was the name of it)... but im usin it 4 comparing the patriot jugs with the 1's i got from u... i already know that the passion jugs run the same, i just want 2 c how the triple plays n there... by the way who put those in??? L8r d34
thanx 4 the info... didnt need any help it runs gr8... i was just wonderin what u used and which carbs... i run 35pwk, 50 pilot, cgl needles (dont remember the clip position), 165 mains... this is with 3 1/2 x 4 clamp on filters and cpi inframes... this is the exact same jettin that i ran on my patriot jugs and didnt even have 2 change the clip position ... i have ran his portin for a yr now... he didnt set my port timin up correctly the 1st time... but after that was corrected it runs great from bottom thru top... can not tell u the gains over a local porter that did mine cause i went to a 4mm stroker... i have dyno'd it and has the same power curve that passion racing has... i have a different set of passion (along with sum1 elses triple exhaust) cylinders that i got from loco that will be dyno'd this weekend
the parts at grr were for customers of mine... i take pride n standin behind what i tell my customers... i was told from andy that those parts would take 2 weeks and it took him 6 weeks... i had 2 customers on my ass bout those parts and andy wouldnt even return my calls, which made my customers pissed at me
just sucks that i ordered 20 over pistons for them and they turn out 2 b 40 over... i run a short rod stroker so the pistons he sent wouldnt work 4 me... i was gonna take my current patriot cylinders off and put the passion 1's on at the dyno for testin purposes... now i had 2 order the correct pistons and will go back 2 the dyno again this week 2 compare... he did give me a deal as far as price goes so i guess i will let it go at that
as for his chick yeah i think she is fuckin hot and have it as the background on the shop computer
