I could probably do like $2200 max I was looking for one done up already but bought this one as a package deal for almost nothing

I will most likely be giving him a call soon and im going to run 93 theres not many places that sell race fuel around by me its about a hour and a half drive to the closest reasonable place there is one shop that sells it but you have to use their cans and its $115 for 5 gals. Not planning on going really crazy with the build not to many places to ride around by me anymore that have enough room to really open it up, but I appreciate the help I have a much better idea of what im going to end up doing

yea I was looking into the serval 4mil kit from them would I be ok with keeping the stock carbs considering they are brand new from the previous owner maybe 4 months old or would I be better off getting some bigger carbs

want to start a build that will give my bike more power but not a crazy amount so I would still be able to ride trails and the occasional sand pits. Any ideas on where I should start, I have a bone stock 98 shee.

yea never would have thought one tube could cause such a major problem

its back to runnin fine and i couldnt start it when i put it on my neighbors hate me as it is starting that at 11 at night wouldnt be good they called the cops on me the day i got it just driving it off my truck into my garage.

was away for the weekend just got back checked the choke tube had a crack on the end changed it and will test it tomorrow hopefully that will be the fix thanks

the thumb throttle assembly I have now the adjustment screw is broken i ordered another one a few days ago should be here monday I thought that might be the problem because if you hold the cable out just a hair it ran same thing if u pull the choke out a hair

yup ran fine with ittoo just one i changed the clutch cable its a pain to start and wont idle it was always a one kick bike since i got it a couple weeks ago

my main guess is i got dirt in the carb and clogged the jets but its always good to have a plan B

Ok so I changed the clutch cable and took off one of the carbs to make it easier to do didnt touch anything on them put the carb back in the boots and now it wont run and if I get it to run it wont idle any ideas on what could have happened bike was running mint before

cleaned the carbs and one of the floats was sticking removed boost bottle runs mint now thanks for the help guys

Ok thanks i guess ill start with the carbs and go from there

its a bone stock 1998 banshee the only thing the guy said he changed was the boost bottle

Its not to bad maybe last 1-2 seconds at most but after that takes off like a bat out of hell.

I recently bought my first banshee for almost nothing. Its bone stock and after changing plugs brakes and clutch cable it seems fine although someone told me that banshees normally have lag when you try to take off, can anyone tell me if this is true or do I need to do some more work to it?
