yeo i had the same problem, constantly cleaned my carbs, had gas air and spark and it wouldnt fire up, GAP YOUR SPARKPLUGS, just widen them with a screwdriver

it came from an engine that i bought in peices, never saw it run but it spins nice, (im building a 4mm, thats why i have it available)
mine isnt dirty, im replacing a stock crank with a 4mm, but the stock motor was sitting without the top end on it and it was open, so ill clean it before i try to sell the stock crank, it still moves smoothly, i mainly asked just to get more clues
you can buy a powder coat gun from harbour freight for like 60 bucks, then buy your color, look on craislist for a free stove or toaster oven and pay someone to sandblast them
