  1. It's readily available to me, there's a big private airport 3 miles down the road from my house windy, what's the compression threshold on 100ll? I know squish band width, angle and clearance all have effects on preignition but what is the ideal cranking comp to use this fuel with?
  2. Is 100ll oxygenated? I thought I read about the main concern behind running 100ll in applications other than aviation is that the oxygenation of it made it difficult and in some cases impossible to jet properly in carbureted engines? I would really like to be able to run 100ll in my bike at 5.50 a gallon instead of race fuel at 12 bucks a gallon.
  3. Check the pickup coil gap on the stator, an improperly gapped pickup coil can cause all kinds of problems. set the gap with a business card.
  4. To each their own, anyone who's into banshee's is cool with me. I'm actually stoked to meet all you guys and nothing beats the smell of two stroke in the air.

  8. That would make the exhaust port timing 188° not 195°! How the hell did he come up with 195???
  9. Whoever "ported" these has no clue what they're doing.... looks like they just wrote down a bunch of b.s. numbers! If in fact your exhaust port opens at 86° after tdc it also closes at 86° before tdc, I don't know why some people have to make this so difficult.
