I can build custom tie rods to any length you want I can build these out of HD Steel tube (DOM) Stainless tube T6 6061 Aluminum rod Also MY version of a stock replacement. No crush. 1/2 DOM steel Optional wrench notch. The rods are going to all be 5/8 except for my version of a stock replacement. Ends are threaded for factory tie rods. 10mm thread. One RH and one LH Powder coating available Polished stainless or aluminum as well. HD tie rods. 50 shipped any length Aluminum tie rods. 40 shipped any length My Stock replacement. 40 shipped any length Stainless tie rods. 65 shipped any length. I'm comfortable with my work. I believe I have good metallurgy skills and understanding the strengths of metals. I wouldn't tell these guys to jump a 50ft double after tightening the bolts but I would tell them to take em down some rough trails where bump steer would be a bitch. If there happens to be a problem with these ones, I want to know what it is and what you suggest I do to fix it. I put quality and safety to me and others over quantity any god given day.

My plan these next couple months is to make some parts like swingers, control arms, sub frames and sell them cheap to a few customers for testing. I rather have my customers test because any company can say there shit works because there own employees tested it. I rather joe smo test it and give me a real opinion and what he thinks I should do to make my stuff better than others.

Thank you. Anyone interested in a set. I'd like to see peoples opinions on durability with some riding on them. I can build them for whatever size tie rod you need. Just for a few people to test them I'll sell 5 sets. Each set 20 bucks+ shipping. Fully polished or powdered a basic color.

I made these tie rods for my buddy today. Made from 5/8 t6 aluminum bar. Designed for 10mm rod ends. After machining I polished em up. They are for stock length arms.

How long is a stock tie rod without ends? J arm and a arm if there's a difference

I might just make new ones for him that will use the stock tie rod ends Anyone no offhand what size thread and pitch on a tap I would need? LH thread and pitch same as RH thread and pitch?
