  1. Hey there, fellow Canadian here myself. Ontario. The bikes look great! Just joined myself a few days ago, also read stuff on hear but never had the want to post so didn't join. I take it like alot of us from ON you are working out in Alberta? Ever need any parts hit me up. What part of ON are you from?
  2. Just got off the phone with Dennis @ Packard and like you guys said, more then help full! The stress is gone these 2 carbs will be perfect! Like I thought, like any descent carb it doesn't matter what it came from, it can be set up to work with choice of application. Thanks for the advice.
  3. I will sell you a set of 35mm pwk's. I want smaller carbs on my trail bike. I liked it alot better when it had 30mm oko carbs

  5. Ya don't see any problem either! You can 2 pwk's from 2 very different bikes jet em the same and run them on the banshee and work great! Done it a million times! A carb is a carb, they just control the fuel in a different way? No?
  6. Ya I 100% agree on the new crank and bearings. I think best bet is to buy a 421 kit new from hjr, or one of the other good names out there. Then piece together all the other stuff you need over time used. Such as head, carbs, reeds, intake pipes, all that good stuff!
  7. M671054 I did say cub in my very first post sorry, it was my mistake. This hole project was going to be a cub build, but then this cheetah motor came up and I liked it so went with it instead.

  9. Cheap is 100$ for 1 and 150 for the other. No they are both good working carbs, not parts. I thought that was cheap.
  10. Thanks and what do I do about the one carb being duel power jet and the other single power jet? Would I be better off makeing them both duel, or both single?

  15. So how hard is it to set these up for my 535 motor? I read that some say its easy, yet others seem to say different. You sound like you know them well. After just telling you what I bought, what do you think About the 2 carbs? Can I easily use them on the 535? I believe the one carb was used with gas, and I know more about the other carb. It was 100% used with alcohol and it a duel power jet. Would I be better off turning it into a single power jet? Or makeing the other a duel?
  16. Ok that sounds good. I just bought them so they are in the mail. But as soon as I get them I will see what's in them. The one carb was on a 250r duel power jet running alcohol, the othe carb was also on a 250r but 1 power jet. And that's all I know about it for now, they were cheap.
  17. I got a sweet deal on 2 lectron 44mm carbs. I want to use them on my drag bike project. The motor is a 10mill cub drag ported by k&t. However I am useing race gas, always have used pwk's on my bikes, I don't know much about these lectron carbs. Would the pe-1 needle still be used with race gas? Also does anyone still use the power jets with gas? What about duel power jets with gas? Anyone with experience useing lectrons with gas who can give me some info on setting these things up, I would be very great full.

  19. Most sell 421 cub kits complete with crank and porting for like 1700-1900$ I will sell you a good set of cases with tranny for cheap, good base to start with.
  20. I think you could build a good motor for like 2500-3000, look for deals don't buy new, buy most parts in good used condition.
  21. Yes I was going to build my own 421 cub, but then this 10mil came up, for less $ then to build my own 421. So less $ and way more motor! Can't wait! Ya brad is finally up and running! How's your new motor going?
