Once I've taken everything off that I need to , do the cases just come appart or do I need to do something special to get them appart with out hurting them ? Thanks

Took my pistons off last night .. And they have never been run , does it matter witch one goes in witch bore?

That's exactly what I'm doing , idk how you forget to put a crank seal in .. But everything internal is new or rebuilt so I figure it would be worth going through and making sure everything's aight

Thanks for replying , I'm putting in a right side crank seal and checking the bottom end for anything worn , the guy I bought this bike from didn't put a crank seal in the right side . So I should just pull them off anyway ? Or can I wait till I pull the crank ?

Gonna take appart my bottom end tonight and was wondering if I should take my pistons off ? The clymer Manual says to flip the motor over on your work bench to take the bolts off on the bottom of the motor and I was wondering if the weight of the motor would hurt them or should I just put the pistons at the same height and let the weight sit on the head studs ( first time taking a banshee apart just don't want to fuck it up) thanks

I just bought the emgo synchronizer online for 110$ (hasent come in yet orderd it yesterday) and and am in the process of a complete tear down to put a crank seal (on the right side )that this dude that I bought it from forgot to put in .(I have 35mm carbs ) I was wondering if anyone has used this carb sync befor and if it was worth the $ (I work on other bikes all the time and need a sync so I though I'd spend the money for a nice one ). Idk if I can post pics of my bike since I'm using an iPad for some reason. Thanks for the help
