I still make these (rarely).....put it inline on your return line, and viola, you gotsa good temp gauge. I have the "rectal" thermometer style on mine, and I doubt its accuracy. Its always lower then the "automotive" one... its a good mod for under $50 (connector is $20, you buy the gauge)

Take your time to get it going. In the long run it will be worth it. I know the idea is to get it done RIGHT FREEKIN NOW, but wait it out, buy the stuff you need as you can afford it. Keep coming here for advise and tech questions and everyone will be helpful. ( I hope) I bought my 97 almost 5 years ago. I maintain it (not as much as I should) and make sure everything is kookily koo before I go ride and sometimes after too.....I have never had a mojor failure and it still pumps good compression numbers. the black boxes only tell control position, possible failures and speed. Stuff like that. It wont tell you who was in the captains chairs or what the inflight movie was, so they are basically usless even if they were found....... The two planes that hit the WTC didnt come out intact. The engines were found several blocks away, and there was LOTS of fusalage peices scattered about the area. The WTC was more reinforced then the Petagon, and the remains of what hit the WTC were buried under MILLIONS of tons of rubble. The Petagon was only a few stories tall, and MUCH more of the plane should have been found then what these sites are claiming. I for one WILL believe that Bin Laden is resposible, and lets just find him and blow that fucker up.............. ome of you are taking this just a bit too far, Im mean really, what the HELL does the easter bunny really have to do with it?!?!?! two cool things about Lawn Boys..... You CAN mount a tuner pipe on them, I did it back in JR High, but I cant for the life of me remember what I stole it off of (it was 15+ years ago!). I know I had to do some cutting and welding. Then after its blown to bits from over moding it, the deck is mad of Magnezium and burns really cool on a camp or bon fire!!! They can and probably will vibrate the teeth right outta your head on blacktop. Any hard surface is an interesting ride with those beasts on the back. I had a set, and LOVED them when stuff got soft, anything hard was poor traction, and alot of noise/vibration...

I have a 1987 ford f-150 with a 300 6cyl, and a four speed. I got it for free two years ago, and I drive it to work everyday. I also use it to pull my 3000 pound racecar to the track every friday, and saturday. Trailer and car weight is around 5000 pounds. I can do 70 down the highway no problem. The old 300 gets about 15 miles to the gallon. WHOOPY I dont like to own a nice truck, I drive like an idiot, and beat the crap out of everything I own. Plus Im cheep as hell, and a free ford is a good ford! With 228,000 miles on it, it runs pretty damn it nice. and if its empty, and it shits the bed, I can just leave it. No head aches! Plus you can do stupid stuff like burn outs on the back...hehe
