I had one of those too! They hurt like hell, unlike any other pain I have ever heard of or felt. (maybe child labor, or passing a kidney stone) Mine healed itself rather quickly, but I feel for you guys who have had it more then once. The pain is unbearable..... When mine collapsed, I was in high school and had LONG hair (to my waist) When I went into the Doc, he passed it off as a "drug problem" and sent me home. I wasnt on drugs AT ALL, (never really liked them very much, always been a beer drinker). So about a week later, I had to be carried into the emergency room to go and see the VERY SAME doctor. I was white as a ghost, and the nurse brought me to x-ray before the doctor saw me because she knew of the time I was sent home. Anyone who says you can survive with one lung is full of crap, my oxygen levels were really low and I passed out before I got into x-ray. For some reason though, it healed all by itself with some meds and a couple night stay at the "Malpractice Inn and suites" LOL Good luck to ya, I hope that you dont have to have the procedure to have it fixed. I had a buddy that had that done, and he wouldnt wish that on his worst enemy. I hear its VERY painful and has a long recovery time. (but get it done if you need it)

the CR500 would get it for about 20 feet.....then the gsxr would smoke it.

try the bottoms actually, they are a lot heavier then the uppers. If you tighten the ball joint REALLY tight, I bet it will still work the same... LOL

he he, your name makes me giggle!

look at an older ford truck that had I-Beam front suspension....then watch it "navigate" bumps. The tire doesnt stay straight up and down with suspension travel....it works, but works like shit. Never mix ford idea's with cool stuff....it'll get ya in trouble

I also noted a VERY CAREFULLY worded script. Terms like "more common" are a DEAD GIVEAWAY. The abuses shown are "more common" than flying monkeys. I also suspect that the slaughter houses shown were Kosher. I can tell you that the Kosher laws are outdated. The practices imposed by these laws have virtually no scientific grounds in food safety/sanitation and in some cases are LESS sanitary than non-Kosher industry standards. (Personally, I would characterize them as a religious scam. Their only purpose seems to be to extract certification money from producers.) I may be wrong, but I believe the vast majority of animals are killed with a gazillion volt stun gun and bled out in a controlled manner - its just much easier and economical for the producers to do it that way. And finally, imagine this for a minute. Imagine all of the resources, dedication, passion, brainpower and MONEY of PETA (Phalsely Ethical Total Assholes) - but imagine them working for a REAL cause. Homeless shelters, abused children (you know - HUMANS!), crime reduction, disease research, hell there are MILLIONS of places this effort could be placed and do some real good. Don't you just love it when rich people tell the less fortunate how to live?

Its ALWAYS worse how they discribe it. Carefully selected video and sweet naration will alway make them gassy cabbage eaters sound right. Well THIER NOT. All this talk of meat makes me hungry

Im the same way. Once in a great while I get to ride. With racing my car and all the other stuff I never get time to ride. So when I get to go out and tear it up, its a big suprize everytime. At times I tell my wife "I should sell the banshee, I never get to ride it"....she ALWAYS replies with, "go ride it for 5 minutes and tell me that agin" I still have mine, and porbably wont ever sell it.

Its hard to loose a friend. Im sorry to hear about it, and wish you and all who knew your freind the best. I lost a life long friend last year in a car wreck. the details of it will stick in my head for the rest of my life. Time will make it easier to cope, but will never make it better.

NICE.... actually beautiful. Keep at it until you have the confidence to do the bigger jobs you want, because you definitally have the talent! (wanna paint a racecar?)lol -
YES USE RACE GAS AND STOP YELLING!!!!!
-
I use type F also, and have for many years. Mercon Dextron has addatives in it that will after time make your clutch slip, dont use Dextron. Chevrolet engineered it that way to lighten the shift on thier transmissions. If you rebuild a GM tranny (older stuff) and switch it ti type F, it will shift alot harder then it would with Dextron. I will use type F all the time for a few reasons. Its cheep, it works good, its cheep, its easy to get, its cheep, and it doesnt cost me much.... lol

My thoughts and prayers go to your freind.... may he have a full and speedy recovery ! ! !

Dont buy a 454 for your main transportation. Unless you LOVE a huge fuel bill and wanna work 100+ hours a week to pay for your insurance. When I was 16, I bought a beater, and beat it. ALL 16yr olds drive the same... full throttle or nothing. The dually I used to pull the racecar with this summer has a 454..gets 6-10mpg. Yeah, really cool! It took $100 worth of gas to go race 80 miles away. I am not trying to beat down your standards or expectations, but think realisticcally. I would much rather own an OK truck and have some money left over (maybe for some wheels or cool bling) and not have some gas guzzling pig that makes me go broke. You wanna have something that the bitches will like, but its very uncool to have a pimp ass truck with an empty tank of gas and your wallet cant fill it. alot of us have been there, done that. I had gas guzzlers in the past, and I always sold them to get something that wasnt quit as "cool" that I could go more places, do more stuff, CHASE MORE BOOTY! NUGSHEE is on the right track with the toyscrotum idea.....
