For the simple fact that if I made 1 out of 10 parts bad not only would we lose a lot of money, but I sure as fuck would not have a job. I can make upwards of 3000 parts a day, 300 bad? That is insane...

Make sure your internal adjustment in the middle of the preassure plate is correct. The actuator arm in theory is supposed to line up with the arrow on the case...I'm pretty sure mine has never been perfectly in line, but just an idea of something to check. Pics of inner hub?

I've never run spindle mounts but I can assure you that the hubs are quite different and do not interchange.
