Im having problems with my new cub i installed the stock studs back on because im installing a brand new chariot head, the problem is that the head slips right on when i hand tighten the studs but when i torque them down the head doesnt slide on it gets stuck, almost like the studs were not straight.
My question is can i just hand tighten the studs, slip the head on and tighten the bolts it comes with?
I figured by tightening the head bolts it would tighten the studs along with it, help me out i need opinions
Thanks
the way you tell the sb from the bb is by measuring the end of the expansion chamber( not the stinger) if it measures roughly 1 inch they are small bore, if the measure 1 1/8 inch they are big bore, Got this info straight from CPI
I tried porting a set of cylinders myself just for the heck of it and becasue i had an extra set laying around, i do not recommend it the gains are minimal and unless you got tons of cash to buy 3 or 4 sets of jugs to practice i wouldnt do it. You are better off sending you jugs out and spend 350 bucks and be done with it. HERR JUGS FTW, Kevin is a great guy, when it comes to customer service he's the man.
I have a complete set of yfz450 a arms modified for the banshee, arm ends in great shape , pm or txt for pics 480 543 8736 150 plus the ride, make offers too
i do not know hows theirs damage , bike was ripping hard. and i did not lie i said it was a top end ready to go and its because it was off a running bike, with zero issues. Keep in mind if you want 100% perfection buy new parts.
no motor did not seize, it was a complete running motor, rode it this past weeked, i took it off the bike the same day i shipped it to you, i even sent you pics, before i shipped it. Yes i didnt take the time to inspect the cylinders, i removed off the bike removed the studs and went straight into the box.
