What about spraying the head gasket down with some copper sealant spray?

Did leakdown test, and failed it the head gasket. So I replace head gasket and it failed again wtf?

Your right I should have done a leak down test when I put it back together. I really didn't know what a leak down test was until the other day. I was hoping to have this fixed by the weekend.

I still need to build a leakdown tester, guess I can go by lowes today.

I'm going to put a new head gasket on and will do a leakdown test the same time.

It all started after I had some port work done by herr jugs and my head milled. Should be a good flat surface with the freshly milled head. I have a oem head gasket still in the pack that I'm going to try.

No I think it's only one hose, it runs from the reservoir.

Maybe a bad cap, I can compress it. When you say leak in the system should I see it? I can see what looks like some black carbon it the coolant floating around.
