I had the same set up , i ran 38p is the best you would never have to change from there , cel needle in the middle , and a 152 main , 1.5 turns on the air fuel. 45 or 48 pilot is way too rich airstriker like the lean pilot thats the key to tunning them . Tune the bottom first , then do a plug chop for the top end
Il let you guys know what i end up with , i went and dyno tuned it and it failed because my cluitch was slipping really bad ( stock clutch with HD springs) bike would hit 60 hp just slip and rev to the moon. I have a lock up from F.a.s.t on its way should be on by friday. Hopefully i can hit at least 85hp no problem
