Polishing also decreases drag on the fuel going into the cylinders. Very Logical and beneficial

Slide side does matter on these ridiculously enough. But that doesnt match the lowend issue. maybe highend if he was having problems.. could be pilot, whats air set at -

That means if you don't have the money to spend 2 grand on a new motor kit, a bore job, port and polish and some Vf reeds will make a big difference

How are Reed Petals? Blocked pilot jet? Do you still have the Tors? Are they plugged in? Synced carbs? -
I agree but if you're after Economy more so than performance, there are limitations.

Boring Does plenty for you With the right port work, more displacement, more fuel, more air, and if you have domes, higher compression. It's all with what you do with the extras.

Can Also just have a stuck flot or needle valve. If its coming out of the carbs, this is most likely the case

Athena's have a bad name for the banshee's I dont like them personally. Have it bored and ported. Port will make a hell of alot of difference with a 65 mm bore.

What? Make more sense out of that. It still leaks on your garage floor with dry bowls? Do you mean that when you shut the gas off and run the quad out of gas you come out the next day and find gas on your floor? If thats the case, then your petcock is bad.

has anyone messed with these? What are the best ones? Should I stick to Oem, Ihear Nology is decent from other forums, want your guys opinion. Some also say Dynatec, but not a huge fan of them. thanks in advanced.

Check your plug ends out, sometimes they just go out of the blue, Oems suck for that. Wires as well, pull the plug ends, clip the wires a tiny bit and put the ends back on. Try that. Let me know

Very possible it could be the Flywheel, that still doesnt make sense, You said you replaced the coil correct?

Have you checked the pickup coil? Im this is a basic question, but is the stator in the right way? and not turned 180?

if I bought the Vitos timing key which is +4 degrees,and an adjustable timing plate, how far could I set the timing plate and still be able to run on premium gas? (93) Thanks in advance

Is this possible? Just out of curiosity. Got an 02, could I convert to a J arm setup without too much trouble? Also what is the deal with the J arms, some people say yay, some say nay.
