    Just measure from the ground up to the top of tire. Same with width. Put a tape around the center of the tire and get your roll out from where the tape reaches back to the start of the tape. Would you be interested in selling those?

    I'm not completely sure on weight. I bought it from a member here.....maybe he could chime in. It was used on a 10 over arm.

    Has it sat for a while? sometimes the clutch plates will stick together when it's sat or the oil isn't warm. Once you ride I bit, it should free up.
