  1. I'm planning on coming, we are only about 6 hours away. Will it be worthwhile to bring my grizzly 700 for the wife to ride around while I'm playing. I need to start looking at hotels, my wife doesn't stay in budget rooms. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  2. Well that was fast. Thanks for the info guys, I saved that chart.
  3. +4mm stroker with .080 over pistons. I did some looking around but saw people saying several different sizes. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  4. I had a set of those on one of my Raptors and they did ok. My local dealer priced me some GBC Xrex's pretty cheap.
  5. These are 23/22's and this is exactly what I want. I don't think they look funny at all.
  6. Those do look pretty good. I have a 3 month old 2012 Grizzly 700 EPS with 14" beadlocks and 26" big horns and 1.5mm shim mod. The Banshee is just to fix my go fast need. So is there a need to run 1 inch bigger in the front or can I run 22's front and back.
  7. That's good to know because I have 2 miles of paved roads to get to where I ride from my house.
  8. I think the 23/22 combo is the way I am going to go. Now just to decide what kind to get.
  9. Why the smaller tires in the front, I heard that makes them hard to steer.
  10. I currently have 13t front, stock rear and 18" rear tires and this thing is terrible for trail riding, I hit the skid plate on everything. The motor is a 4mil stroker with toomey t5 exhaust so I think I have enough motor for some larger tires. I just trail ride this thing, no racing. I currently have 19-6-10's in the front and 18-10-9's in the rear. I don't want to buy new wheels, just tires but not sure what sizes. I am thinking kenda kutters, kenda bearclaws, or the holeshot gncc's but I am open to ideas I just want a good all around trail tire that is tough.
  11. Yeah, my raptor 700 had FMF exhaust and a power commander but this banshee would destroy it. I guess I am going to take a shot at the carbs, I am fairly mechanical but intimidated by the dual carb setup and getting them to sync. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  12. I don't know about easy. This thing sat for 3 months before I got it and the was a lot of wetness around the carbs so I figured having them completely went through couldn't hurt. Its also smoking quote a bit more out of one side. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
  13. I have had a few 2 strokes but this is my first Banshee. It's a 98 and this is what I was told about it when I bought it. 4 mill stroked 80 over, Vforce reeds and reed cages, Toomey T5 exhaust, Hinson clutch. I got it home and took all the stickers off and gave it a good cleaning. It was lowered 3 inches and widened 4 when I got it. Right now I have it back at stock height because of the trails I ride. I have an appt this week to get the carbs torn down and cleaned and resync'd back on the bike. Please be patient with me as I am sure I will have plenty of stupid questions. Before this I owned 3 Raptors, 2x 660's and a 700, but wanted to give a Banshee a try. Here it is when I brought it home. And here it is after about an hours worth of cleaning and de-stickering and raised the rear back up to stock.
