  1. I have a guy that will do the swing arm and stuff for like 120 but he doens have a big enough oven for the frame
  2. Doesnt look all that great, I think it makes it look like an older one.
  3. You should run through the connections and check the voltage while you are kicking it over to make sure you have enough spark
  4. What do you think it would cost regularly for a entire frame powdercoating including swingarm and a-arms, I would like it white

  6. I have just removed my swing arm and a-arms and was wondering what is the best spray paint for durability and quality. I know powdercoating is the best way to go but I dont have that kind of money for it. I want to do a white frame.

  9. If you have a multi meter you can always volt test it from that stator and go farther till you find the area
  10. When I run mine in the winter I always make sure to jet up it helps a lot in the long run especially with how MN winters get

  13. I would be very careful running no airbox, it can get ugly quick

It sounds like it could be a idle circuit issue in the carb and since you said it has been synced i would just triple check on that and make sure to check on the choke tube for sure or maybe just replace it to see if that will help. Mine did the same thing and it ended up being a syncing problem because I needed to get a Tors eliminator kit and idle screws
  15. you will just have to drain it and remove the side cover, I think if I remember right you will have to remove the foot pegs and stuff first
  16. you need to take the plugs out and look at the color on them, you are looking for a caramel color and that will show its perfect jetting. Sounds like the mains will be the problem, when its wide open does it bogg?

  18. I remember seeing this .gif of a animated 4 stroke valve stokes and it consisted of the last stroke having the valve break off and crush into the head but i cant find it anymore and I would love to send it to my brother since he is so proud of his 4-stroke and is anti 2-stroke
