  5. 4th gear hump on shift drum is getting worn! Does it feel like it goes to a false neutral? If so your gna have to split and inspect the drum. This happened to my friend on both his 250r and banshee. On the banshee he ignored it and the shift drum broke in half, destroyed entire trans! crazycracker

  7. I don't know how true it is but I heard that the plating isn't very good, that it flakes easy. I went with a cub my self. Don't get me wrong I've seen an Athena run but I think you get more for your money with cp ind. crazycracker

  13. Four strokes will just die when they run out. I know it has nothing to so with it but I have seen Detroit 8v92s(2 stroke diesel engines) runaway and you can kill feul but they will pick engine oil a burn it! It crazy scary!! crazycracker

  16. Well in my personal opinion PJs are "P"ieces of "J"unk! Fairly difficult to tune cuz idle circuit is part of the choke. PWK & Air Strikers These carbs very nice all around carb. Easy to tune.The difference between them is air strickers have fins on the inlet side. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think the fins help with off idle response. Especially if you are running the bigger 38s, in wich case you loose a lot of bottom end with std PWKS. As for mikunis the tmxs are very nice too. These tend to be really responsive throughout the rpm range. Very snappy! Hope this helps! Like I said correct me if I'm wrong. Can always use useful information! crazycracker

  22. Yea pull the hose off at the master and remove resi, drain & clean, reinstall. Fill it up w/ fresh fluid then bleed all the old fluid out,(making shure not to run resi dry). You should be able to tell when new fluid starts coming out, it will change colors.Hope this helps. crazycracker
