I sent my stuff to Keven (herrjuggs) for a 4mill dune port/bore etc. Had everthing back in 2 weeks. I have never had Jeff do any engine work, but I have bought a lot of parts from him & he sends fast!! Both are great guys.

Never mind I got a set of 28mm pwk on ebay for $200. I really wanted some 35mm but these came with new K&N pods with outer wears & throttle cables

Whats the best intake for 33-35mm carbs? I know some mover the left carb up some, to avoid hitting the clutch actuator. Also if you have one you want to sell let me know. Thanks

Your port timing is going to be off running a 4 mill crank without porting your cylinders. I guess you can run a spacer plate

I was going to ask in the other form, why you went with a 4mill crank but your cylinders arnt ported for it?

Kevin(herjuggs), charged me about $350 for my 4mill dune/play port.. Having your cylinders honed, has nothing to do with porting. When you port you have the intakes,transfers,exhast etc opend up bigger, for more air/fuel. Im guessing why you only had them honed, is b/c 0.80 is it on your cylinders and cant be bored anymore! Im no fan of honing cylinders and running new pistons. I've never had much luck with that. Id look for some stock bore cylinders and have them bored & ported, not yours.

Its been along time since I messed with stock banshee carbs, but from what I remember one of the float bowls has a little jet in it for the carb with the choke. If its on the wrong side it will run like shit. Try searching in the forms

I mostly use the rear brakes, same if on my RMZ450
