  1. You'll probably need the upper seals and the lower stem kit.
  2. One bearing and 2 seals I believe. Just order a stem bearing and seal kit
  3. Sand all your grounding spots down after you get it back or you will be posting a "no start after rebuild" thread.
  4. Got all your unwanted tabs removed? The hex screws out if you don't have a hex big enough I just used a big nut that fit it and put a cresent wrench on it.
  5. Take pictures of the side of the "teeth" on the basket to see if there's any wear but I would use the 2nd basket and all the fast parts.
  6. My blue ones I have forsale. But really any color looks pretty good with white or black frames.

  8. You will have fun building but its a disease haha you can't stop nodding or changing things out. Do your self a favor and get it ported. I didn't orginally but just had it done and its bad ass.
  9. I know you said you wanted to keep the 2-1 carb thing but I would ditch it. I had one with a 33pwk and fatties ran good but then switch to dual stock carbs and felt an improvement across the board,more bottom end way more top end and better throttle response. But if you must keep it sell the pipe buy used PC's and get a port job.

  11. Get the hand pump kit from harbor freight works like a charm. Another guy on here was having the same problem. And worked like a charm. Might take a while. I know my bike and my dads polaris's take forever

  14. I noticed gas coming out of the crossover tube the other day on my bike.... So what your saying is its ok to go ahead and by intakes with no crossover and I'm ok?
  15. Not sure. Are you pipes in crappy condtion appearance wise? If so its worth a shot to use the engine enamel and se how it holds up.
  16. Not sure how it holds up. I got a new set of pipes and so I refinished my fmfs and sold them. They looked amazing. I also don't ride in sand so it should hold up fine. I used the 500 deg. Engine enamel paint. I sand blasted the pipes first the painted.
  17. Just use black engine paint or BBQ grill paint. It would be just on the outside and looks damn good. And it only costs a few bucks compared to 300$ or whatever ceramic coating costs. Here's some I painted..
  18. I've looked on there web site. A few times they have a couple drags a month. Not sure of the next one. Just google warren county drags it should come up.
  19. Could use a 2-1 pipe. How wide is the frame in relation to the motor? Isn't there a vid of a moto4 with a banshee motor on you tube? I know I saw a really tiny ATV with a banshee motor on there.
  20. I like what you got but I'm not a fan of fullbores either there to rounded. Lakers are what I have and there pretty sweet.
  21. Buy stock springs. TDR or f.a.s.t they got them
  22. Looking to trade the plastics for unwacked cases with trans. Or other stuff And paddle tires 21x11x8 8 paddles on douglas blue labels. They have tubes. Lookto trade for pro wedges on wheels or terrain traks. Also have a cfm aluminum airbox with K&N filters and new intake boots. Open to trades. On this PM FOR FASTEST RESPONSE. THANKS
  23. How do I get one? Ran my vin with local police and it checks out but I want to title it. I'm in va if anyone in my state has done this. Thanks
