    Did leakdown test, and failed it the head gasket. So I replace head gasket and it failed again wtf?

    I'm getting the same setup done now on my 87 shee, you really need to get the jugs ported for the 4mill hell with the plate. And yes custom cut domes. I'm getting Kevin at herr jugs to do mine.

    Your right I should have done a leak down test when I put it back together. I really didn't know what a leak down test was until the other day. I was hoping to have this fixed by the weekend.

    I still need to build a leakdown tester, guess I can go by lowes today.

    I'm going to put a new head gasket on and will do a leakdown test the same time.

    It all started after I had some port work done by herr jugs and my head milled. Should be a good flat surface with the freshly milled head. I have a oem head gasket still in the pack that I'm going to try.

    No I think it's only one hose, it runs from the reservoir.

    Maybe a bad cap, I can compress it. When you say leak in the system should I see it? I can see what looks like some black carbon it the coolant floating around.

    If I drive my banshee for maybe a min coolant will start dripping out the hose over the header pipes. I put in a new billet water pump but it didn't fix it. Please help me with this problem.

    I have 2 sets of pipes for sale. I have a set of lrds (the silencers have some dings) for $200 and I have a set of fmf fattys (the headers have some rust) for $175 I'm looking to get some out the frame drag pipes.
